Revive and Rejoice CPR Class Policy

Thank you for signing up for our Revive and Rejoice CPR class! We're excited to have you join us. Please review the following important policies to ensure a smooth registration and course completion process:

1. No Rescheduling or Class Switching

   • Once registered for the online course, there is no option to reschedule or switch to an in-person class. Please confirm that the online format works for your schedule before proceeding with registration.

2. Course Completion Timeline

   • After making the payment for the online course, please allow 24-48 hours to receive your login credentials via email from Protrainings.com.
   • Once you receive the login details, you will have 5 days to complete the online portion of the course.
   • After completing the online portion, you must schedule a skills assessment with your instructor.
   • The skills assessment must be completed within 5 days of finishing the online portion. If not completed within this timeframe, the class will be voided, and you will need to repay and re-register for the course.

3. Payment Requirement

   • Payment is required to confirm your registration for the course. Without payment, your registration will be automatically cancelled.
   • No refunds will be issued once payment has been made.
